in real life with the tops numbers the first number would never be 000 the first number would always be 001

I can't make F59PH re-skins because - although there are F59PH re-skins on the workshop - the base model itself is not, and I can't find it anywhere.

I don't know how to make 3D models; I just re-skin existing ones, and I use Photoshop to edit the templates.

I think that KeviDJ made a Amtrak 156 livery. You need Space's P42DC Livery support for it.
