really dig the melee blood effects, but i cant get over the effect for arrows. the puff of the blood cloud looks ludicrous.Is there a version without the changes to arrows?

whats the difference? Blood DLC killed my FPS, but this mod helped me.

this mod doesn't work with other mods when you try to play co-op campaign. just heads up :)

The mod does something weird to the fire arrows, they just become flickering little air explosions without smoke.

Dear, the mod works, it requires a DLC for blood and this is indicated on the mod page, read and watch carefully.

The mod alters blood textures ONLY , not animations (ie doesn't disable cutting off heads), and yes any blood needs blood dlc, mods can't bypass owning the dlc.

AND it works perfectly for me when subscribed and enabled.

@Kauds Probably means that it is not compatible with other mods that effect the blood in the game.

Or something like that. I may have missed a couple things between the copious amounts of drugs and the sound of my own awesomeness.
Anyway you get the idea. Don't buy blood packs for war games.
Its like buying air for your lungs. Or a fork for your food.

It's a shame that they are so terrible at blood effects and the fact that they even charge for this effect. Even 3 kingdoms haven't gotten it yet and I doubt I will bother with it.

This franchise has not gone anywhere near the level of this game with it's dlc content. It just keeps getting more and more wrong, it tells me the talent that made this game is gone.

For those that doesn't like having blood on the screen, check out "Spindel"'s link. I made a personal mod to essentially combine the both mods. Basically adding only the function to remove blood on screen and slammed it onto this mod. Works just fine after testing.

So stupid that CA makes blood disppear from the ground on every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Lazy way to not optiimize the game. So stupid looking. GBJ has managed to have blood stay on the ground for his rome 2 and attila versions of the mod tho guys, as long as you max out terrain to ultra and set particle effects to high. So its just CAs laziness and stupidity that we cant get shoguns blood to not disappear.
