Unstable Acceleration is great, but it feels OP and needs a duration limiter. Placing it on allies would be amazing.
I see that this is a bare-bones beginning. I'm kinda disappointed to see so little, but you gotta start somewhere. Tons of stuff can be made out of a music theme. Coming up with 30 unique skills themed on music doesn't sound hard at all, but making them feel synergistic and fun to play in Torchlight 2 is another story.
There are many types of music that each affect people in specific ways, and those types of music translate into unique skills. Most people are more familiar with some types of music than others, so relying on their understanding of music may help you make amazing abilities. I love that Battle Ready is a song reference (even though i hate heavy metal).
Indeed, i feel that you will get little feedback in this workshop page. I've had a class mod up since July last year and it has 15 comments. Granted, it hasn't had a lot in it until the last couple months. Find a forum and talk to people if you really want to catch some attention.
