there should be a way in the main menu - 'problems' menu down right, then permissions.
i have never had this problem personally, so i don't know for sure
It should look more like this
ttt_voice_range 800

ttt_locational_voice 1
You can insert whatever number you want regarding the range.
# Sets the range for global voice chat.
ttt_voice_range [0..n] (default: 800)
# Sets the range for global text chat.
ttt_text_range [0..n] (default: 800)

Since I have a dedicated server
<SERVERNAME>\garrysmod\cfg\server.cfg
It's console commands. If you have a dedicated server, you can insert the commands in the cfg file, so they load up everytime you change map/start the server.
Everyone that's dead can hear each other without proximity.
Does this mod allow dead players to speak game wide rather than proximity?
I guess you can't use +voicerecord, because I have no idea on how to fix it. The issue probably ties to the gamemode itself.
my friends and I just installed this addon. But we have Push-to-Talk... is it able to disable it?
