but unfortunately they removed the original vent from the power/helixen mod already in late 2020 or early 2021. This mod used to work bec of the unchanged dll and framework.
In the new files there is no fokin gas mote at all so use the fokin TOX VENT i mentioned you beta chad

unfortunately it is no longer compatible as helixen has been removed from vfe power
but there is TOX VENT new mod atm for our gas chamber needs

Please, make that patch for architecture tab only applies if there are actualy mod for that tab installed, to avoid error:

I believe this mod depends on "Replace Stuff" because my pawns are deconstructing walls before trying to build the vents.

Possibly also needs the texture to be re assigned, it's the missing tex purple ingame

i dont need it to be instant to be fair, not for what I have planned, was just curious how quickly the buildup takes place

it will give toxic buildup, it is not instant
but you can look at remote tech for instant gasses

how quickly does the gas work, is it generally pretty quick to kill? thinking of a new base security system to remote control vents and doors to lock down the base then flood areas with gas

this is supposed to work on any wall not on dours obiously
the gas will give toxic buildup hediff
i do not know if insects can have this hediff

the fill range of the vent is displaeyed on build

@king well you could recolour the mote from the base mod and release a mod by yourself for it.
this is what be needed to do.

the base mod has no overwall gas vent.
so it will remove the wall you build it on like vanilla base coolers

I've done this before with the dependent mod alone.. how is this different from the regular vent other than texture and name?

gas chamber approved. but can you turn it yellow for maximum war crimes?
