You need to find the actual folder for the mod (steamapps\workshop\content\785770\2493499625), create a text file called desc.txt, and put the menu name in the in the file ('LFB' is what I put in mine).

Managed to fix it. There was no description/desc file to draw on to set a name for it in the menu. Copied from another, changed to LFB. Voila, it appears.

So weird. I unsubbed to all mods, just subscribed to this one. All I get is default in the mod menu. Oh well I guess. Dang game.
