@Woisy.Eren. True, it is pretty under used sadly, but if you would make like more mods (or one bigger) with some goverment policies/ideas or something it would be the best in my opinion. I am even in to help if you are in.

Looks interesting, but I would like to point out that the reinforce rate debuff on the later conscription laws is absolutely overkill. With how low you've made it, I'm unsure how divisions reinforcing into an ongoing combat would even work, since in the base game the reinforce rate is typically capped at 7%, the base 2% at the start and 5% from radio and optional signal company. If you were going for lowered org recovery that stat is handled by recovery rate. Overall though you might want to consider cutting that debuff altogether since the other ones are already pretty crippling for a nation that needs those levels of conscription law.
