It's actually the picture of Boss Simion's daughter's doll. Rare item not often seen by players. Think it's supposed to be a samurai. The legs remind me of the samurai legplates. xD

Technically, but it would be something that affected all fists and couldn't be disabled without turning off the mod. It also wouldn't help stop kills that much since blunt damage can kill quite easily too, sometimes even more easily since armour doesn't resist blunt damage as much.

would it be possible to somehow turn martial arts damage into blunt damage so you don't kill people with a single punch?

The precise thing that a solo playthrough with one single hyper OP character needs. Now you can actually cut that guy and NOT immediately slice his head off ruining your reputation with the faction! :D
