I've tried all sorts of things, even going so far as to disable every single mod "except" this one, nothing.
Hope this gets patched soon, this mod is so well laid out in the details and make so much sense I'm personally surprised it's not in the base game. Never was a fan of the unrelenting extremes of the truce system as it was.

Threat Generation: x2.5 for 10 Years(This modifier stacks with the amount of truces you break)
Trust Growth: -50% for 15 year
During the effect, other AI empires that seeks you are more likely to break truce against you. During the 10 years, other AI empires do not suffer the penalty of breaking your truce.

Would be nice if there was an option to block all that were at war with.
Had to wait for the start of a new month though for the edict to show up
After all the trouble to get the L-cluster, xenos shouldn't be allowed to colonize through it, just because they declared a crisis on the far side of the galaxy.
