There is, you can overwrite the soundfiles using Wwise, CA gave access & documentation for Rome2, you can start from there.

You can find exemples of Voice replacing on Rise of Mordor's youtube, we haven't implemented it because it is still not a cracked nut on a database level, but I expect it to be at one point.

Sadly there is no way to replace VO files in modern Total War games. Or at least, none that I know of.

They did it for Shogun 2, they speak in old Japanese. But yes it would be great for other games!
I hate the French VO for this game or Attila/Rome 2, they went for the accent route, I hate that.

Lol you're good. I feel like modern French works better for a modern audience (especially people like me learning it). Maybe if CA (hypothetically) made a realism language setting with all factions speaking their respective languages like ETW, NTW, S2, and 3K somewhat do. 🤔
