Hi Mazza, I'm sorry that I only just saw your comment if you even get notified of this reply. I don't currently use the UWE so I don't know if this patch is compatible. How this patch works is that I simply added the modded dog breeds to the list of what species can equip the scarf. If the name of the dog breeds in the files are the exact same as those in the standalone More Dogs mod, then all should be well. Best thing you can do is just check and make sure. Thankfully the scarfs don't take much in the way of resources to create so you can easily confirm on your own if you already have some dogs on hand and the means to make basic clothing items.
