it was at one point, the mod dev peaced out so its up to you if you wanna use it

you have it backwards, the helicrash mod uses licensed models, the scripting portion is in my and many other server packs that use this mod

it works in conjunction with the animated helicrash mod. We repack the animated helicrash in our server packs.
