more will be added using new api?
At this point I highly doubt it. It will be added, because Kil wants it. It will probably take some time though, as there are much higher priorities like bugfixes, balance changes (mostly for tainteds), implementing unfinished content (Birthright), Void and Deli rework.
kilburn says "yeah ill probably add in these things later" while edmund is like "nope definitely not going to be added in"
like with some of the cut enemies, a few might actually be returning according to kilbrujn but edmund would have you believe theres no chance at all

but great effort none the less
moms contact- while flying locusts destory projectiles
anything that gives piercing- locust will fly thro enemu doing 1.5 isaacs damage one time
tech zero and jacobs ladder- locusts will sometimes spark electricity
any other tech- locust have red lasor around him that deals 0.75 isaac damage and acts like techX
The same edmund said about Mortis never happening and I highly doubt it, since, again, Kilburn said in the past that they just don't want Mortis to be the Utero-level floor alt and they just simply need to work on it a bit more.
You'd think so, but you'd be wrong.
Here's a link to Edmund's twitter saying that they've basically added all the locusts they really want to.

Sure, why not! You can add me as a friend
I have a question though... Is it possible and if yes, how to make a locust deal damage more frequently (higher tickrate) like the Number One locust... I know there is that one parameter in locusts.xml called "collisionInterval or sth like that but I'm assuming it's for range of the locust.
Could you help?
