I tried this with a model i created, there's the tutorial:

But it works for every model of the workshop ;)

If the textures and models doesn't works you can try to bring the files from the Workshop files to the Usermod files

Has this already been fixed in SFM itself? If you really want it fixed, and you tried my instructions and failed, go bug the SFM team if it hasn't been fixed.

I think it would be better for you to put this model on SFM Lab or something with a Zip File, because I believe extracting the files into the usermod stuff from a zip would be easier than hunting them down throughout your workshop folders.

Its not meant to be black and purple. Edit your gameinfo.txt
"Edit: If this doesn't work then edit your gameinfo to put "workshop" above "tf". It shouldn't be too hard."

It is the original model, which means its the original size. Also, you can resize animation-sets/animation-set-parts which means You dont need to ask.
