Turns out they are compatible. On the Specialist Dance page, it mentions that they are compatible. Dance for lvl4 items, pog for lvl 3.

Not really a great mod, imo, and the title is very misleading. Just because an item is quality 3 or 4 does not necessarily mean it is a good one.

This mod causes intense lag when I start a run in the beginning it takes about 5 seconds. To load a run with this enabled.
