For those that don't know how to get this to work: Subscribe to this mod. Restart your game. In the upper right-hand corner of the start screen you will see a Workshop icon. Click on it and install your subscribed mods. Then restart your game once more. When you get in the game you will receive your soil remover tool in the mail. Works like a charm! Fantastic!

Do you need to be playing online to get this? I subscribed and restarted my game, but it never showed up, even after several days (in game).

You are a genius, thank you so much. I had patches of soil that didn't disappear after 3 game years that were driving me nuts. This tool installed just fine and worked perfectly for me.

did not install even with restarts. did not load in game. never got remover =(
