Thanks for this, doesn't make too much sense to add two of the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shotguns to the game. They were just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lazy to not add a different type of pump action.

everyone, wise up; the chrome shotgun ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SUCKS. dont care abt the stats, this is a damn zombie shooter; shoot zombies, boom, you dont need stats, gun go boom, zombie go boom. the chrome shotgun looks like the physical manifestation of cancer.

The Chrome shotgun honestly, is just less satisfiying to use imo, so this mod is pretty good

If anyone didn't know, the chrome shotgun does more damage than the pump shotgun.
However as to why people don't want it, maybe because looks over preferences? I know a lot of people just enjoy the old weapons from L4D1, maybe that's why? I don't know.
