hey would you be able to make a mod that removes joke/cheese items?
basically the idea is to remove items that are useless if you want to play for fun and not for unlocks.

list:
clicker
metronome (because it can activate clicker)
plan c
gnawed leaf
dataminer (cus it sucks and is never worth using)
lemon mishap (no point in existing now that free lemonade exists)

bobs brain is a waste of an item spawn, other items in the game with little buffs or a joint negative can be used in different runs to make it more fun but bobs brain never has for me.

you can like the item but you cant say its a good item when there are actual reasons to dislike it

all these items i never take anymore and personally im glad there is a mod that removes it as it also appears way more that curse of the tower or the others

don't like the mod don't get it say you would like changes but this is their mod to share with others who want it

If you think bob's brain is a good item, this mod isn't really made for you

Isaac's heart and bob's brain are NOT run killers. Isaac's heart i'm fine with being out of the pool but bob's brain is a genuinely good item. Not subscribing until it gets added back in.

i never said cursed eye was good but it has a fair reason to exist
if you actually use it correctly its a great dps upgrade
and bobs brain has always been good the isaac community is just a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

even without the stupid curse of it, the charged attack can be annoying and even detrimental to some builds. Then when you factor in the curse... it's terrible

this is actually one of the stupidest mods ive ever seen

By the way I also corrected the mod's folder name, so you'll want to delete the norunenders_2489296065 folder, or there will be two of them listed in the game's mod menu

Replace Tiny Planet with Missingno in this mod and it's perfect

I see no reason to remove Tiny Planet from item pools

That's unfortunate. Is there a way to change the internal quality value for each of the items, at least?

Also, prepare for all the comments saying how Tiny Planet or The Wiz can synergize with Brimstone or Tech and therefore should be kept in-game just for that instance

those items are not run ruiners, sure they all are not the greatest to find with exception of Issacs's heart. Curse of the tower, imo a great helper to clear rooms. Tiny planet isn't good but isn't bad enough to have it get removed, its a ok item. Finally bob's brain is a skill based item to use that players forget about causing it to ruin their runs.

However I do agree with the other 2 changes, ♥♥♥♥ the wiz it has to be one of the worst items in the game. Also ♥♥♥♥ the tele effect of the cursed eye that ♥♥♥♥ would be fire if in vanilla, getting hit in a boss rooms/boss rush/challenge rooms, did not activate its effect.

I don't believe you can remove items only for certain characters, and if you can, it's probably outside the scope of this mod.

Looks good! Not something I'd use personally, but definitely seems like a good list of terrible Isaac items. I'd probably include things like Lemon Mishap and Anarchist Cookbook, but to each their own. I understand that's not the point of the mod.

Maybe you should keep Isaac's Heart because it makes Tainted Maggy viable, but otherwise no complaints. Can you remove items for specific characters, and if so how do you do that?
