For those who are totally and really lost with their files, got to the following :
Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons

Once you have it installed, drag and drop the Synth and their clothing in the addons folder,easy. If you are lost again, then re read the text. If you are still lost, then idk you are blind.

to thoses who will ask how to download you have to unpack the models into a specific folder in the gmod addons file page, it will appear on the addons legacy thing once it worked. i did this before. so i'm just giving advice to thoses who want this but might not know how to do it
