For example, they take away more than 10 items and you use Genesis, 3 objects appear, you take 1 item and the other 2 do not disappear and the selection is not repeated.
As said by the mod's description:
"Upon use, for every shopkeeper or beggar in the room, the Gold Ingot will spawn an item pedestal from their item pool. However, the chance for that item pedestal to spawn are low and depend on your luck, and after enough uses the shopkeeper will explode. Dream however, is just really lucky, and can get away with a 70%~ chance."
So, if there is a shopkeeper/hanging shopkeeper in the room (which applies to shops and normal secret rooms), then using Gold Ingots will give the chance to straight up spawn an item from the shop item pool. Same goes if there are any beggars in the room (I'm not sure what pool they pull from though). If you use it without any beggars or shopkeepers in the room, it will simply do nothing.
... sometimes the best jokes are the ones we take the most seriously. Or... something poetic like that. I dunno, enjoy the mod, they're a fun bunch.
it was originally a joke but then it was actually fun so then i decided to put in effort into making it serious
i also polished up the mod a bit and added mod config menu support for hud offset
please enjoy this update as tons of work went into it
