I dont see anything in the patch notes about Best Bud being removed so this mod may still be useful.

It seems like this mod is now irrelevant as of the Nov 10th, 2021 patch. No idea if it includes all these changes but the patch notes at least show that Yuck Heart is no longer included in the T. Lost list.

@Jhinius they didn't leave these items, they just missed them when sorting which items appear and which don't

The mod itself only offers to remove items, I can try looking into removing trinkets from the item pool too, tho

is it possible to remove trinkets (fish head, red patch, etc.)?

hallwoed ground does have an effect for tainted lost! it requires synergies, though... if you can get your hands on the poop you get a once per room hallwoed ground you can drop mnually

didn't they say that tainted lost wouldn't encounter items that require you to get hit? or items that either give you health or regenerate health? why did they leave Yuck heart, best bud and hallowed ground in the pool?

"Best Bud" has been added to the list of items that are being removed

you should add best bud, I got that in greedier and is useless with him.

you can still get it via the use of the spindown dice, but i get what you mean

Tainted Losts item pool does not contain the "Dull Razor" (Would be a bad item for him too, considering on-hit effect Items have been removed from his pool)

something to note is that with dull razor, tainted lost can actually benefit from hallowed ground, so i dont really think its useless.

Way better than the other lost mod, actually removes the two useless items without breaking the character!
