can i put turrets on it or it's just static invisible?

@Dante When you create a new Empire on the new game screen you can change the shipset, if you have the mod activated you should have the option to use these ships.

How can I use it? I'am new player.

Why would you have the emperor class battleship as a titan?
Couldn't you use a gloriana class instead?
Like the Macragge's Honor for the imperium, would fit perfectly.

This unfortunately carries the same glitch as the original 2.7 version, where the custom station models show up clipped inside the mammalian station models. Is it just me?

Yes it works with NSC2, the Flagship are also same size as the titan.

So does this also work With NSC? And if it does, is the flagship still just titan sized.

Sorry I am not sure, you would have to ask that mod author, since it also use same shipset already.
