Could this be modified to have a blacklist for specific mods or cubeBlock definitions?

This would be useful for mods like the Repulsor mod which function by increasing the thrust dampening while providing no thrust itself.

Not all thusters such as modded thrusters are like that, so this makes all thrusters x1 modded or unmodded

Maybe a dumb question but is this for when you let go of controls and the ship slows down? I thought they were already 1x. I know the suit dampers are like 6x (which is ridiculous).
