You can find them during extractions, just walk around with your metal detector and you can find them.
the Drone can find them too, and it shows as small orange dots spread all over the map (not just the extraction zone)

Hello, im kinda new and i have a question: How to get collectables the only way i know is to get the MGs from tanks and use those as collectables. Can someone explain how to get collectables? Thank you.

Yes, or you can spawn them in with the cheat: collectables USA/GER/SOV/ENG depending on what nation of collectables you want
