That's because the Head worn Antlers are Reindeer Antlers [terraria.wiki.gg]
instead of the "Silly Sunflower Petals" as that doesn't draw Hair for the player sprite.

The head of this decoration does not work, it is still sunflower, but other fillings have been replaced. What is the situation of this one

they have to be in the right order.
By having "Dryad Deer Costume (Slim)" above "Slim Terrarians & Monsters Girls" or "Slim Terrarians: Player" in the active packs list ^.~

sad to say but it doesn't work. I have the other 2 workshop items needed in order for this to work and i have them activated on my Terraria, and the items look like the deer bottoms and dryad top and are named correctly, but when you equip them they are just the silly sunflower set
