This is not a typo, there are 100 oxygen tanks at the station. This station was created, among other things, as a transit point for ships (mainly military), hence such stocks.
Right now i don't have fueling station, but there are some plans for a model that will allow you to get one

Right now there is no plans for a script-controlled drones, but you can use the terminals above the drone bays to remotely control it manually

Would there be any kind of script for the drones or how do they work

hmm, ok. I guess it's just throwing me off because the walkway above it has an air vent yet no breathable atmosphere. That's just a me thing though XD.

If you mean the engineering deck with reactors and other stuff, then it's ok, cuz it was not intended to be pressurized

There's a leak somewhere in the tower beneath the landing pads that's driving me nuts. I've tried to patch what holes I could find yet it's still there. I'm about to scrap everything under the landing pads and just rebuild it.
