if your using remastered tank with the medkit but dont want him to always drop one i recommend using this mod it on a side note this mod enabled the remastered tank on l4d1 campaigns due to the rng models being used itll spawn the l4d2 tank (remastered if ur using that mod)

for some reason the sacrifice tank spawns more often than any other tank model
