The Chi Rho in the Romagna CoA means that before the Papal States, Romagna was a Byzantine Territory (The Ravenna Exarcate) as well as part of Umbria and Latium from wit the Papal States where succesively formed. (Romagna itself is a name from ancient italian vulgar which means "land of Romans" intended as Byzantines (same thing for Romania, but in local language)

What does the Romagna COA's mean? Is the Chi Rho symbol used if you are Orthodox? Is the papal keys symbol used if you are Catholic?

I do have a plan. including greece world. But it maybe a little difficult without adequate historical records.

could you add an alternative Roman Empire flag that uses the Chi Rho or perhaps has the Chi Rho similar to the way the Kingdom of Romagna has? Also, do you have any plans to do some coat of arms for Greece and the Byzantines?

Cool mod, but Italian Empire flag bothers me a bit; why doesn it use tricolor that was introduced after French Revoultion, and why does it have house of Savoy coat of arms on it, it is quite immersion breaking when you see other house's coat of arms on it.
