Я предлагаю сделать ультиматум не только присвоением территорий, а еще и требование дани (-5% Фабрик у отправителя и +5% Фабрик у получателя ультиматума и также с исследованиями, объему производства и т.к)

Makes no sense to make It 250 pp to send ultimatums. Maybe 50pp

ebcott - Thanks! I think i know a way to make the PP cost and world tension to change based on the number of states selected. The only problem is that i don't think i can display the cost of it in real time so it'd just have to tell you that it increased by X for every state selected. That's the only reason that makes me unsure about adding it though. World tension is easier though so i think ill add that in the next update.

I love the mod and appreciate the time you've put in.

You know how when you go to select states to justify a war goal against, the cost increases based on the number of states selected? Do you think it might be better to have the cost of the ultimatum/proposal to be more dynamic like that? 250 PP cost for demanding an entire country vs 1 state seems unfair. You can just sit in peace while building a massive army and air force and demand nearly the entire map. World tension cost should also increase based on the count of states being demanded in this suggestion I think as well.

Noobmaster69 - the strength modifier compares the amount of divisions two countries have, it also takes into account air forces

What is considered "strength" when can I know for sure a nation will accept, is it based on percent of industry? Manpower?
