I can't open this map

I have a problem with this map,
It doesn't have lighting.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

It's horrendous! Someone needs to do better.

re-sub maybe, close and open sfm or maybe you don't have tf2 installed?
i tried the map before in another computer with another account and it worked.
let me know if this keeps happening
