Hey man, i know its maybe pretty too late since the creation of this mod but tho the camera rolls do not apply any damage, it can break the tires on some modded cars like Vanilla Vehicles 2 and 3. If you have the time or the motivation could you do something about it? thanks anyways

Yes DEMOSHEEP (Fun killer2.0)! Multiple servers have been using it.
I'd say the main one is "Crimson City RP", I originally made these assets for it.

Just saying, making a different mod that makes these spawn naturally would work much better for RP, so you could be a trapped survivor who found a camera, recording his experiences and not just some journalist.
