But then they wouldn't level the terrain under them, so parts of them could disappear. It'd be better to do it manually on your own if you want that.

Can you please add no collision to the smaller fields, like volleyball/basketball courts? This way they can be placed inside the building squares, like a corner building, etc...

Either hovering above the ground or part of it disappearing when the terrain under them is not perfectly flat.

These are great, but at least the football playground has a nasty habit of "hovering."
