It is strange to see Karelia on the list of "separatists. They cannot even potentially become separatists. The population there is all Russian, only 20 to 40 thousand Karelians. Well, unless, at some point, there will be Russian separatism and a split similar to the Koreas.

Simply. Put some banner on the map. Double click on it. Search for "Object specifics - Object Banner (Russian Federation): @flagsbanners_russia\addons\flags\flag_russia_co.paa.

That´s how you can find any flag path for any of my or vanilla flag textures.
