Hey why is this(and building no. 6)showing as missing on LSM and when I loaded my city the building was gone. However, I am able to search for it and plop it down. Weird!

Simple apartment series buildings are made using exactly same textures(1024x1024).

@hamrof I do have that mod and yes it improves it for screenshot purposes. It's the tallest of the bunch in this pack that transforms the most, looking like it's under construction from a distance lol I guess my cims will just have to live through seeing that building everyday of their lives. Adds a whole new meaning to 'modern' simple design with a sci-fi effect:steamhappy:

That is just as you indicated.

My LOD is deformed when zoomed out.
However, LOD must be represented by no more than 200 boards.

Most of the Simple apartment series have large decks. The complex shape of the deck makes LOD constraints more difficult.

So far I don't have a way to make a good LOD.

Love the style and heights but there's a problem with LOD. They're the only assets that literally transform when zooming out.

The windows do not glow at night for now.
I tried to put on a glowing window, but it was dirty so I turned off.
