Is not whyte system, in europe we count axis not wheels. So the correct name for this french locomotive is 0-3-2, and also the most accurate way.

ok my ocd is making me say this it is not possible for a locomotive/train to be a 0-3-2 because that then means there is only wheels on one side of the locomotive/train so instead of saying it is a 0-3-2 say it is a 0-6-4 because then it makes it more accurate
