At first, 100% war weariness for all civilizations except the suzerain seemed a bit overpowered, but then I realized that this mod would be perfect for a "King of the Hill" style gameplay where we have multiple empires all with their own unique religions fighting over Gaza, which in turn would be quite appropriate considering Gaza's history.
