GMod is quite fickle at times. I pulled down a copy of this addon and the SNPC is showing up and attacking just fine. Besides the usual resub/verify/reinstall tips, I don't have much to offer in the way of support. Sorry.

It's kind of amazing that this sort of issue is still so very common.

Not appearing at all. The Plantera SNPC just uses an unmoving error instead of the seeds too.

Are you getting an ERROR model? or is it simply not appearing at all? In the case of an ERROR, usually unsubbing, letting GMod remove the addon, and then resubbing fixes it.
