I've noticed the imprison often fails to catch mobile guys, especially fast ones but I still think it has way more utility than earthraise. So I'm really fine with this

The mass spycasting is very useful, but the Imprison doesn't work on a moving target. It'll spawn the walls but the target doesn't get trapped inside. This doesn't happen with FSF More Psycasts

Depends on what kind of a mod you're making but this one took only notepad and bit of copypasting and changing values, you might wanna ask around in the Rimworld Discord if you want to learn how to get started

Damn, are they that easy to make? I've never modded before so I'm unsure of how making more Psycasts in Rimworld would work

@Lark I doubt I will be making any more of these, unless I suddenly come up with a neat fun idea that doesn't take more than 5ish minutes to implement

Dang, it isn't every day you see a psycast mod that falls in line with the balance of the Royalty DLC. Lvl 5 Imprison is an upgrade of the Lvl 4 Wall Raise and has comparable CC to the Lvl 5 Berserk. Lvl 5 Phase Skip has less range than the Lvl 4 Skip in exchange for utility. Clearly a bit of thought went into this.

Damn not gonna lie, abilities look super cool and that gif is 10/10. Wish the game had more of those ultra good psycasts that have drawbacks like putting your caster in coma or maybe sth like a combat buff that lasts for half a day but after that all of your colonist would puke loose stats etc
