@Dystopian saying hard hats are a reference to tf2 is like saying crowbars are a reference to half life

Mechanic might be good as the Engineer, especially considering she sells a hat that is a direct reference to TF2 (probably)

I don't know if i'm going to get around to adding the other classes - I'd like to at some point, but I have no idea if/when i'll have time for it
i'll see about doing a quick recolor for the shimmered versions, just so they don't turn back into the vanilla npcs~ Maybe in the future i'll come back and make them more interesting, like by giving them hats or something.

I've tried all three of your TF2 NPC packs, they all feel fun and oddly more fitting than the vanilla NPCs.
Do you have any plans to make shimmer variants of them? (likely as BLU team)
Or any plans to make the rest of the classes?

@Kiriel What's even stranger is that the Medic and Demo packs work just fine, I've tried removing all other add-ons to see if your theory worked but to no avail.

are you sure you don't have any other resource pack overwriting this one? sometimes resource pack creators can accidentally leave vanilla sprites in their packs causing them to overwrite other packs (not that i've done that before or anything haha)

It fixed the Map and Housing Icon but not the NPC texture itself.

fixed the issue where the resprite didn't work after journey's end (hopefully!)
seems like they just changed the npc sprites' location, should work properly now

merc skins that make sense to me would be truffle as sniper, cyborg as soldier, engineer as mechanic, pyro as steampunker. can't really place spy/scout
