Are the road connections to the passenger platforms pass-through?

Pls ignore my last comment, the mod is working.... I just forgot about the necessary research item, without it you can't connect the landing pad to the landing pad. Once researched, it works as it should.

I think the last update broke them. I can no longer place them above the existing building, it's just giving me a red building indicating its not allowed. Would be awesome if you could take a look at it, it's especially essentiell for firestations.

U just have to swap one of the $CONNECTION_PEDESTRIAN to $CONNECTION_ROAD and it works fine with road co's

as of 11-2022
1) in cosmonaut mode these are buildable only by helicopter co's
2) to actually overlap and work i took these values from vanilla helipad
$HELIPORT_STATION 0.0 0.0 -17.0 0.0 0.0 17.0

Hey, it seems to me that these rooftops are not buildable in the new cosmonaut mode.

These work great, using the urban one to transport workers to a remote prefab board factory, one at both ends.

Even tho they can be assigned for a Helicopter CO they will not work to allow the helicopter to pick up workers tho. I needed to build a more regular port next to it so the Helicopter CO will use that.

If the modded hospital you want to use doesn't have helicopter support go into the ini file in the mod's folder and add "$HELIPORT_AREA 5.0" yourself. Look at the games default hospital ini file if you are unsure about where to place it.

Removing the pedestrian connection for the hospital/fire station helipads (which does not allow contruction vehicle to access it anyway) might give more freedom of placement,

The problem with modded hospitals is in order for this to work property they need to have the tag:

$HELIPORT_AREA 5.0

You should message whoever made the hospital you are using to add that tag to their script.

Maybe im missing something, but I cant get these to be built by my construction offices? It only has foothpaths but when I try to assign a CO it tells me a road connection doesnt exist.

Yes, i saw it and using in hospital, but it only fit to hospitals, but for industrial buildings it is not fit, and totally not fit for asphalt or concrete factory =) FIrst helipad have great potentional, if it will longer supports and second version that will be twice taller than default version.
