This reminds me of the main character, Leo, ability in Blood Blockade Battlefront. I believe it was called the "All-seeing eyes of the gods"

You should turn this into a pro kill streak weapon effect instead, it would be sick to have this at 10 kills and a smaller, more transparent one for 5 kills
