Hmm, odd. I do have that problem, even with the addons installed. I made sure to disable everything but the addons in question to make sure they aren't conflicts, but still an issue. The joint tool helps get around it by twisting the shin-bone though, so it's whatever.

Very epic model, extremely epic might I add, only problem being that the knee joints are sideways, they bend outwards. This actually applies to all of your WaW models, just letting ya know!
