The LoonyTunes Cultist the KR stands for Karma pretty sure, seeing as it has the same purple health bar as karma infliction would

For those who don't know how to use it, follow these steps.
1: Open Terraria.
2: Click on Workshop and "Use Resource Packs".
3: Click the red arrow button pointing to the right that is labeled "Undertale Health Bar".
4: Load into any world and open the settings tab.
5: Click Interface and move your mouse down to "Health and Mana Style" and click until it says Bars.

Congratulatons, you have HP and KR bars on your screen now.

Sadly packs that change the bar style for some reason also change the default style

Hm... this pack only changes the health and mana bars style, so other styles of health and mana stay the same, but I can change the stars from other styles to souls if you want.
