Works fine just update the version compatibility in the mod description. used on multiple countries and a bunch of playthroughs.

Only thing i can recommend doing is adding the option inside the window which allows you to select what general/field marshal to add, makes it easier to retire them without putting them in armies

please remove the -1% stability why should removing a general should decrease the stability of a whole nation it is a normal process.
