FYI, playing on single machine would be split screen (or seat-swap if it's turn based game).

split screen is very common term so You could use that (or "split screen multiplayer"). in fact this term was also used in many arcade games.

Have you thought of for the game engine adding more features such as 8 bit, 16 bit, 24 bit, 36 bit, encoding, graphics, among other things to make it more advanced?

Mod is updated. Networking will be unlocked in 1985 again like in vanilla. I didn't rename "simple multiplayer" because "local multiplayer" is playing on multiple PC's and relies on networking and "co-op" doesn't include playing against each other like you do in a fighting game for example. Thanks for the input though.

The other problem is not just networking and it taking so long to make an OS cause of it but because there is so many networking features unlocked early such as cloud ip stuff and all of that.

Alright thank you. I was just asking because networking wasn't really around in the 70s until the early 80s unless it was the military or experimental technology.

@pristineslayer This is actually intended. The multiplayer feature is depending on networking so an OS must be out very early on with networking unlocked.

But now, thinking about it, i could move the "simple multiplayer" feature to system as it doesn't really need networking because it's basically playing on the same machine. I will actually try that and do some testing.

This mod is good but there is a bug where networking is unlocked in 1970 instead of in the 80s.

might be incompatible with expanse mod. im in 197ßs start and cant see the arcade game sektion, only the ones from expanse

If the other mod is modifying the same software type, than the answer is no.
