Woohoo party like the 70s ;)
@M, thanks for the reminder! The change that allows you to cure prisoners and vassals is now implemented here as well.
I've hired myself a court physician with the 2-star renowned court physician trait, but the option to cure lover's pox is greyed out for me, with the error exclamation mark saying "Court Physician with at least Novice Physician trait required" (I also tried with just a novice physician).
To hazard a guess, it might be the changes made to the physician trait by Tours and Tournaments that breaks the mod, as novice physician and renowned physician are now under the same trait, as they're leveled like the new martial/Hastiluder/hunting traits. I don't know.

and change lines 41-43 from
scope:recipient = {
is_courtier_of = scope:actor
}
to
scope:recipient = {
OR = {
is_courtier_of = scope:actor
is_imprisoned_by = scope:actor
is_vassal_or_below_of = scope:actor
}
}
I think it would be good to give "Inactivated Lover's Pox" trait
The reason why many people hate "Lover's Pox" is that characters get ugly.
Therefore, "Inactivated Lover's Pox" does not change the appearance of the character.
"Inactivated Lover's Pox" are not contagious or very low, and they can be hereditary.
When "Inactivated Lover's Pox" trait is transmitted/inherited, it becomes "Lover's Pox"
and when health deteriorates in the state of "Inactivated Lover's Pox", it can develop into "Lover's Pox".
this way is close to reality.
Thanks either way, this definitely helps with my heirs at a minimum.
By the way, both treatment options cost the same in my game.
