Yes you can, but the exploitation of the mod will be reduced, because cedar and birch deposit can't appear. However, you can produce wood furniture.

can i add this mod in a existing savegame? i guess there are separate woods for every kind of tree

Did you unlock the research "Mining II". The planks and beams are unlocked independently of the sawmill on the research "Wood Working". If you don't unlock it, the birch will not be storable, because the resource is not produced.

Bug Fix for the second vanilla trucks

only the first truck can transport the cedar and birch ressources. second truck is vanilla ressource only. I don't know for the others cause I'm just starting a fresh game

Strange, during the tests the stack and box trucks could freely transport the cedar ressources. However, the use of the mod "Stock trucks with trailers V1.3: G1 + G2 + D1" removes the transport of ressources from my mod. I will put a warning in the mod description, to avoid the problem for the time being.
