Yes in a way, you just gotta replace the paint texture in the materials folder. I was too lazy to make it so you can change it in SFM.

The bones wouldn't take the right name for some reason in blender, so I got pissed and renamed them to that. Then it worked so I never changed it.

Note: You mind putting the Root Transform in the middle of the car to make it a little easier to making the car turn? Sometimes rotating it is a little weird than the other vehicle models
