how to use without CSGO?

I have cs:go installed for the map and as-well most important aspects for it to work, when I go into certain areas of the map it crashes my game, my friend has also ran into it.

im using the x86-x64 beta thing
i dont have cs:go but somehow i have textures so yeah.

@Anubiyo NPCs use AI nodes. This map doesn't have AI nodes.

For anyone who may have the issue with lighting, the way you fix it is by putting in [ mat_hdr_level 2 ] into the console, then doing [ save ] (Not sure if teh save part is neccessary but that's what I did and it seem sto work so jea)
