Thanks for pointing that out, renamed the Karafuto and gave those parts to Russia, it's still nationally Japanese because apparentally they were allowed to retain their nationality.
Might cause an early war Russo-Japanese War though.

Hey, nice mod! But Karafuto was still South Sakhalin and North Kuril Islands were still under Russian control at the time.
